• Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
• Due to the digital and personalized nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once the PDF has been generated and delivered.
• If you experience technical issues that prevent delivery, please contact us within 48 hours for assistance.

• You retain ownership of the original photos you upload.
• By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of creating your artwork.
• The generated cartoon artwork is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
